BACKGROUND
A Passion for Business.
Rachel is a Business Consultant and Coach, helping CEOs and their leadership teams implement Operating Systems based on proven principles, practices, and tools. She starts by helping leaders articulate vision that inspires action. She then works with teams to craft a compelling mission, uncover deeply held values, then translate those into go-to-market and operational strategies with plans for accountability across an organization.
Her leadership approach is informed by a 20+ year career as an independent creative director and designer, helping to launch and grow brands on a national and international level. Her clients range in size from one employee to hundreds. Their businesses have completed successful liquidity events. Their products have been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show, InStyle Magazine, People Magazine, The New York Times Bestsellers List and more.

Personal Story
Rachel launched her first business as a senior in high school, then launched two more during college. She sold one of these businesses to a publishing company a couple years after graduation. The company kept her on retainer as a consultant, launching the next phase of her career, working with business founders and executives on design, branding, and strategy.
In 2008, Rachel moved with her family to Bali, Indonesia, continuing her work remotely while collaborating with international teams spanning the US, Asia, and Europe.
In 2012 Rachel launched Her Worth, a passion project at the intersection of business, faith, and women’s economic empowerment. That year she was invited to Haiti to speak to a group of single mothers who had resorted to prostitution to feed themselves and their children. This opened her eyes to the problem of economic vulnerability, the most prevalent factor pushing women into human trafficking around the world. What started as a passion project turned into a personal mission.
In 2015 Rachel entered Seminary and completed her Masters in Ministry Leadership. During this time she also partnered with a Haitian pastor to launch a vocational training center for single mothers. Upon graduation in 2019 she stepped into the role of Executive Director of Freedom Business Alliance, a global nonprofit and network of businesses that exist to create safe employment for survivors of human trafficking. She currently serves as Global Ambassador for the organization.
Rachel has now returned to business coaching and consulting, helping faith-driven leaders achieve greater impact. She resides with her family in Irving, Texas.
